GCSE results are out today and we are ecstatic with our daughter's maths & physics results. It involved lots of hard work from her but she'd never have done it without Eleanor. Our daughter was headed for bad fails in both subjects before we employed Eleanor just 2.5 months before GCSEs. Our daughter ended up with a pass in physics and a strong pass in maths. Phenomenal.
Eleanor had little to work with and little time but still got results. In particular she was able to forge a good, trusting relationship with a teen struggling with profound anxiety and depression (beyond the usual teen stuff). Eleanor's influence also helped our humanities-focused daughter to knuckle down to her other subjects too so her overall grades were much better than expected.

I am a freelance tutor offering both regular and one-off sessions to students at any level of learning. As a graduate of the MPhys programme at Oxford University with over 5 years of tutoring experience, I primarily offer Maths and Physics tuition to students studying in Key Stage 3, GCSE or A Level courses. I also offer classes to adult learners wishing to improve their skills in Maths, Physics, or basic Computer Skills.

I offer a choice of virtual webcam sessions or in-person tutoring. In-person sessions are located at my house in Hatch Warren, or at the Basingstoke Discovery Centre. I am able to tutor students every weekday after school, as well as daytime slots where appropriate.
