There's nothing I love more than helping others to learn.

 

My name is Eleanor Hawtin. In 2015, I graduated from the University of Oxford with a first class Master of Physics degree. Since then, I have been working as a tutor both privately and in the volunteer sector, offering one-to-one help to students to improve their understanding and guide them towards visible improvements in their day-to-day work.

I was born and raised in Basingstoke, so I am very familiar with the local education system. I feel that many students would benefit from individual tutoring in order to develop their understanding of the material and allow them to move at their own pace, without the distractions of a classroom environment.

I hold a DBS certificate as required to work with children and young people, and can offer letters of reference on request.
